Legacy Sales Flow Transformation

Project Overview

Salesforce partnered with AT&T Business to fully transform their B2B sales website, user interface, customer journeys, & backend infrastructure.

  • Over 250 members across Salesforce & AT&T were dedicated to this transformation

As Lead User Experience Designer, I led end-to-end customer discovery, design & strategy for key flows in the sales process. For 13 months, I concurrently supported design efforts across multiple work streams, conducted & moderated user research sessions, & designed customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, & prototypes. Features include the full sales flow, including product configuration, proposal creation, contract creations, credit check, & post-order activities.

  • By designing features and interactions for product configuration, shopping cart, proposal, contract, & eSignature screens using Salesforce Configure, Price Quote (CPQ)
